[Cancelled] Fuzjko Hemming Piano Solo Concert

The organizer (Office One) has announced that the Fuzjko Hemming Piano Recital scheduled for May 29 (Wed.) has been canceled because she has received a doctor’s diagnosis that she must undergo medical treatment. We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to ask for your kind understanding.
The following is information on refunds for guests who purchased their tickets at Kitara Ticket Center.

April 11 (Thu.) – May 28 (Tue.), 2024

Refund requests will be accepted either by Method 1 or Method 2 below:

Business hours: 10:00 – 17:00 (or the curtain time up to 19:00 if there is a concert after 17:00)
During the refund period, Kitara Ticket Center is also closed when the concert hall is closed: April 15 (Mon.), May 7 (Tue.), May 20 (Mon.).

*Requests must arrive no later than May 28 (Tue.).
A refund will be made to your bank account.
Please send the ticket (mandatory) by simplified registered mail (kani kakitome) along with a copy of your bank book, cash card or internet banking report that shows the name of the bank, account number and account holder’s name. Your telephone number should also be indicated on the copy.
*You may be contacted if any information is missing.
*Please note that it will take one and a half to two months after receipt of the refund request for the refund to be transferred to your bank account.
